Office Approvals
DM, which is Dubai’s Municipality, is responsible for approving offices to be established in the region. To get approval from the Dubai municipality, you must submit various requirements and documents. Buildings in which offices are to be set up and the purpose of the offices are the first things that the Dubai Municipality may inspect. Prior to approving any other documents, the Dubai Municipality will verify the legality of the office and its purpose.
